A run down hardware store in an emerging historic district is re-cycled into a downtown residence.  A new streetscape was carefully introduced to juxtapose the historic symmetry of the existing shell.

Functionally, 'this place can throw one heck of a party'.  At the very least, it allows a large extended family to gather when life allows.
