The idea seemed simple.  Take advantage of mountain and lake views without allowing the noise of a busy highway to detract from the experience.

A basic rectangle bisects the site, tracking the sun and organizing daily life, 'from your morning coffee with the sunrise to a night cap as you bid the day farewell'.
